退款政策

• 不設退款服務 / No Refunds：
  所有已出售的貨品恕不接受任何理由的退款申請。
  We do not offer refunds for any reason once a purchase is completed.
• 破損換貨安排 / Exchanges for Damaged Items Only：
  如收到貨品時發現有破損或瑕疵，請在收到貨品後的 7天內（或其他您指定的期限）電郵聯絡我們。
  If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request an exchange.
• 換貨條件 / Exchange Conditions：
  換貨申請必須附上購買證明及破損照片。貨品必須連同原包裝及標籤寄回。若該貨品已斷貨，我們將安排更換同等價值的其他貨品。
  Proof of purchase and photos of the damage are required. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags. If the item is out of stock, an exchange for another item of equal value will be arranged.
• 不設換貨的情況 / Non-Exchangeable Items：
  特價商品、禮品卡及人為損壞之商品恕不接受更換。
  Sale items, gift cards, and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for exchange.
